Your membership fee enables us to employ over 100 customer service agents who are responsible for monitoring and controlling our sites. Part of their role is to identify and respond to any serious inappropriate behavior by a member. If you experience any inappropriate behavior from another member you can report this at any time by clicking on the links "Report on this profile" which is available on all profiles or "Alert the moderator" in meetic messenger. Our Meetic Customer Service team checks and analyzes every report of this kind and will take the appropriate action if the behavior is deemed inappropriate - including totally removing the member from our site. Your comments are automatically transferred to the relevant department and our Meetic Customer Service team will answer your email as quickly as possible. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve the quality of our service on a daily basis.

Promise number 2: Protecting your personal information

Meetic will never share any of your personal data with other members. Your email address and telephone number are strictly confidential and under no circumstances will we share this information with any other members on our site. You and you alone decide whether and when you want to share this information with another member.

Promise number 3: Verifying profile information

We systematically check all announcements, photos, and videos before putting them online on meetic. Meetic has over 100 employees of more than 10 nationalities who moderate our site. Our moderators review all the information submitted by members and then decide whether the information can be published or whether it needs to be rejected. Moderators check photos twice before deciding whether to accept or reject them. Moderators review the audio and visual content of videos before they can be uploaded. Our team also verifies whether the information given in a member's profile is consistent with the related photo, description or video. Meetic ensures that member profiles fully comply with our general terms of use. We reject any photos, announcements, or videos which are improper, vulgar, or do not comply with the spirit of our service.

Promise number 4: Protecting your peace of mind

Meetic has a "blacklist" function which allows you to block contact from another member. This function prevents a blacklisted member from writing to you or inviting you to chat. Similarly, you can choose to activate the "unavailable mode" function and then surf on meetic without others knowing you are online.

Promise number 5: A service you can trust

Meetic will never create fake profiles to artificially increase the list of people you can meet. Meetic will also never employ hostesses or events services aimed to increase the number of contacts, messages and discussions on the site.
